You do not have a right to benefits that were available before January 1, 2010, unless those benefits are shown in this brochure.

OPM negotiates benefits and rates with each plan annually. These benefit changes are effective January 1, 2010, and the specific changes for the current benefit year are summarized on page 9. Rates are shown at the end of this brochure.
