Welcome to Piedmont Community Health Plan's employer log-in page. Employers can request Piedmont to setup the Group Administrator to be able to access some online services.

Once the Group Administrator has been setup by Piedmont with a user name and password they will be able to:

• Check Employee Eligibilty
• Order an Employee ID Card
